This 1600 square foot Unit in Del Mar was handcrafted from the ground up. With a touch of modernist Scandinavian architecture, the house has a limited material palette: tones of grey, sand brown, white and walnut. The floor plan was reconfigured to connect all rooms and open them up to the exterior garden with vast floor-to-ceiling windows.
All cabinetry, doors, windows and railings were handcrafted, as well as the masonry fireplace in the living room. One single slab of Carrara marble finishes each bathroom wall and seamless poured concrete flooring flows throughout the entire apartment, everything in the home was fully customized for the Clients.
